Mothers’ Union Branch

After some 40 years plus since its closure the St John's branch of the Mothers' Union was formally re-opened during the Parish Mass on SUNDAY 21st JUNE 2009. present to help and witness this new era were Barbara Stratton, Diocesan President of the MU; Sue Irwin the Archdeaconry of Bath President. Together with our Parish Priest they commissioned the new Branch Officers and admitted 12 new members of the Mothers' Union to the branch.  The new branch and members were enthusiastically welcomed by the worshipping community in a ringing round of applause.

The branch next meets on WEDNESDAY 15th SEPTEMBER  2010, 7.30pm.
